ACSSN Minutes

Date: November 12, 2009

Location: Kristi Watson's house

Attendees: Sue, Kim, Kristi, Sharon, Kay

Meeting was called to order by President Sharon at 6pm

Old Business: Discussed changes for ACSSN meetings and workshops to 2nd Thursday of the month and if we will meet every month or four times a year. For now we

meet at a Members house. Next meeting will by at Kay White's House ~ Thursday, December 10 ~

New Business: Sharon shared with members what was new at the Metal Clay Conference. We discussed the new copper clay by Art Clay World.

Meeting adjourned: 6:30 p.m.

Kristi was a great hostess. We ate, drank, and made several pieces of BronzClay which was also provided by Kristi. Everyone should bring their pieces to our December meeting so they can be fired. I hope to have a guest from Puerto Rico attend our December meeting. Leticia is interested in many varieties of art so I am excited for her to see Art Clay Silver and BronzClay.

1st Meeting of the New Year!

Happy New Year to everyone! We will have our first meeting of the new year at Kay White's house! Bring your kits to work, and we will have some fun creating together. I will share with you my latest creations, and those of you who turned in your copper clay to be fired by me, will get it back next week! How fun! See you then!

Please bring a snack to share with everyone and as always, wine is welcome!
